CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio experiences, coordinate operations, and uphold high health and safety standards. The role partners with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and community outreach while maintaining exceptional student service.
The candidate will assist in teaching, front-desk duties, and coordinating the Team Experience.

As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals. In the SC role, you will learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
Uphold high standards for the studio and when on duty, ensure that the physical studio space meets the high CPY standards of cleanliness and functionality including a safe environment, optimum heat and humidity, inspiring music, and clean and clutter-free surroundings in all areas of the studioSupport communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit at CPY Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) including cleaning the studio, stocking amenities, and ensuring the CPY cleanliness protocol is always followed while on duty in the studio Support the SET team by interviewing SET applicants, hiring SET employees, scheduling SET employee's shifts, stepping in for no call/no shows, training, and disciplining/terminating SET employees who have violated CPY's policies and standards Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations
Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams in training, communicating, and coordinating studio operational systems including but not limited to: Point of Sales System (POS); understand and efficiently navigate POS to sign students in, sell packages and memberships, and explore and correct problems with student accounts when at the desk Online Reservation System; support administrative follow up of late cancel fees, waitlist, student support, etc Subbing Application; support training and usage for teaching team HRIS Application; support training and usage for teaching and SET team Help Desk; Submit facilities tickets when on dutyand communicate follow up needs to Studio Manager
Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes and support the studio through subbing additional classes as needed
$25.50 per hour
