Job summary

EY seeks a Commerce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for complex commerce transformations. You will bridge business and delivery teams, shape scalable solutions across Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, commercetools and more, and guide governance and delivery across programs.

The role blends deep platform expertise with strategic insight, regional travel, and leadership across EY Studio+ Commerce architecture practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/engineering/IS.
9+ years designing and delivering enterprise commerce solutions.
Experience as Technical Architect or similar technology leadership role.
Experience with at least one leading commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, commercetools, SAP Commerce Cloud).
Experience designing integrations across ERP/CRM/PIM/OMS/CMS/CDP and related tech.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise commerce transformations across platforms.
Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate objectives into scalable tech solutions.
Lead client workshops, reviews and solutioning across pursuits and delivery programs.
Guide platform selection, integration strategy and governance across ecosystems.
Support proposals, RFP responses and executive presentations with a clear solution vision.
