Aramark in Virginia is seeking a Student Worker to clean and maintain assigned areas to meet client and customer satisfaction. The role requires following procedures to ensure a safe, orderly environment and proper handling of housekeeping equipment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $13.00 to $16.00 with no fixed application window. Previous custodial experience is preferred, with lifting up to 50 lbs and strict safety precautions as needed.

• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state, local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $13.00 to $16.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
