Job summary

Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary is seeking a Student Worker for the Food Services department to support kitchen, dining room and event spaces on campus.

As a Student Worker, you will perform duties under on-site Sodexo management, with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends for events.

Candidates must be enrolled students, be reliable, team-oriented and committed to a safe, healthy working environment on site.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Gordon-Conwell as a student is required.
• On-site role under Sodexo management.

Responsibilities

• Will work in the Food Service department Kitchen, Dining Room and/or event spaces.
• Executes duties in the agreed role, may include cooking and/or serving food, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Flexible hours with morning and early afternoon shifts, some evenings and weekends for events.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts.

This on-site position is onlyfor eligible, enrolled students at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

As a Student Worker at Gordon-Conwell, you are also a pair of helping hands and an eager learner. You will work under the direct supervision of on-site Sodexo management and will serve in a role as mutually agreed upon.

Responsibilities include:

• Will work in the Food Service department Kitchen, Dining Room and/or event spaces.
• Executes assigned job duties for the agreed upon role, duties could include cooking and/or serving food, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Assists in daily operations and may be assigned special projects
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Flexible hours with morning and early afternoon shifts, some evenings and weekends for special events.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
