Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Student Worker at Southern Maine Community College to support on-site operations in various roles on campus. You will work under Sodexo management and perform duties as agreed, with opportunities to learn across food service, facilities, and clerical tasks.

The position is part-time, on campus in Southern Maine, with a flexible schedule during mornings and afternoons. Candidates must be current students at the partner school and show reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student at the school of the work location that Sodexo is partnering with.
• Team oriented, adaptable, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• May work across campus locations in food service, facilities, or offices.
• Execute assigned duties for the agreed role, including cooking, serving, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Assist daily operations and may be assigned special projects.
• Attend shifts on time with reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As a Student Worker at Sodexo, you are also a pair of helping hands and an eager learner. You will work under the direct supervision of on-site Sodexo management and will serve in a role as mutually agreed upon.

Responsibilities include:

• May work in a variety of locations and vocations around the school campus, including food service, facilities (cleaning), and offices (clerical/marketing) on client premises.
• Executes assigned job duties for the agreed upon role, duties could include cooking and/or serving food, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Assists in daily operations and may be assigned special projects
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
