Job summary

The University of Oklahoma seeks a part-time Media Producer & Videographer in the LLC/MLLL department. The student will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for faculty interviews, events, and promotional materials, using professional-grade equipment.

Applicants must be enrolled at OU in Fall 2026 and proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Some events may occur outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall semester as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras and handling professional video equipment.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for faculty interviews, student spotlights, promotional content, and departmental announcements.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos with cuts, color grading, audio mixing, captions.
• Cover departmental events and assist with on-campus activities as needed.
