Responsibilities

• Rides in assigned school transport to monitor the conduct of all students and to maintain safety and discipline.
• Directs loading and unloading of students on school transportation to prevent congestion and unsafe conditions.
• Assists students with disabilities or other students in need of assistance to ensure that they are safely helped on and off the vehicle.
• Maintains a good relationship with students, their parents/guardians, drivers, aides and other district transportation personnel.
• Maintains confidentiality with all District information, including District and school population information.
• Maintains a clean and orderly vehicle.
