Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a dedicated transportation and facilities support staff member to provide safe, reliable student transportation and to perform preventive maintenance on center buildings and grounds. The role involves inspecting vehicles and facilities, documenting work status, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring timely service to students and staff.

A valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer previous experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and inspections of Center facilities and systems.
• Completes, tracks and documents work status and notifies supervisor of issues and concerns.
• Provides students with timely and efficient student transportation services.
• Maintains vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements.
• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conducts vehicle inspections and reports safety issues and concerns to supervisor.
• Works in partnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.
