Job summary

Isana is seeking a Campus Aide to help maintain student discipline and support meal service on the school campus. The role involves assisting in classrooms, serving meals, cleaning, and supporting Grab and Go meal distributions while adhering to safety and school rules.

The ideal candidate will understand adolescent development, communicate effectively with staff and students, and operate a two-way radio for quick emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Assist in maintaining standards of student discipline and ensuring observance of rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures to be observed by students.
• Understanding of adolescent development and issues.
• Ability to establish good relations with students and communicate with staff, parents, and students.
• Ability to react quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Ability to operate two-way radio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meal Service in the Classroom: prep for breakfast, serve breakfast, bag and trash after meals, wipe bags and carts, maintain equipment.
• Grab and Go Meals: prep, set tables, pack meal bags and distribute to families, complete meal tally sheets, clean up meal areas.
• On-Site Meal Service: prep for on-site meals, set up tables, POS station, menu board, share table, wipe tables, and maintain service areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
