Qualifications

  • Ensure FERPA compliance and ethics in program operations.

**Job Title**Student Support Coordinator**Agency**Texas A&M University - San Antonio**Department**College Of Arts And Sciences**Proposed Minimum Salary**Commensurate**Job Location**San Antonio, Texas**Job Type**Staff**Job Description**The Student Support Coordinator, under general supervision, supports strategic programming to promote access, retention, and success for students transitioning from Early College High School (ECHS) programs into Texas A&M University-San Antonio. This position plays a key role in managing the Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) Scholars Program and provides targeted services for first-time in college (FTIC) students with ECHS backgrounds who are not part of the GTF cohort.This role involves student support, outreach, and cross-campus coordination to ensure a smooth academic and social transition for ECHS students. The Student Support Coordinator also oversees the GTF Peer Mentor Program and supports pathway alignment with ECHS partners. This is a term-limited, grant-funded position with an anticipated end date of September 30, 2030. Extension is dependent upon additional funding.**This is a grant-funded position.
