Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Student Supervisor at GraceLand University. You will lead student employees in food operations across client locations, under on-site management, serving as working lead.

You are a team-oriented, reliable student with open availability. The role offers full-time hours, a pay range of $15.00-$17.00 per hour and benefits. You will gain leadership experience while supporting campus operations.

• Must be a current student at the school of the work location partnered with Sodexo.
• Some previous work experience preferred.
• Open availability to support varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities for specific tasks as directed by on-site management.
• Perform day-to-day supervisory duties and oversee student workers.
• Assist in orientation and training of student employees.
• Oversee uniforms, timecards, and work schedules.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on client requirements.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00

What You’ll Do:

As a Student Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a peer leader and expert organizer. The Student Supervisor may work in any type of food location on client premises. This individual will work under the direct supervision of on-site management and will serve as the working lead for student employees engaged in food operations or services at facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities, or other establishments.

Responsibilities include:

• Assign responsibilities for specific work or functional activities as directed by on-site management
• Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
• Assist in orientation and training of student employees.
• Oversee student uniforms, timecards, work schedules and staffing.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
