Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a student supervisor to help coordinate the production and service of all food for the dining area at Benedictine College. You will lead student workers, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced campus dining environment.

This role offers part-time hours, onsite work, and opportunities to develop supervisory skills while supporting college dining programs and student life.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Nice-to-haves: at least one year's experience in foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions and expectations for other student workers to ensure a successful execution on the day to day operations.
• Preparing food items for the next meal period.
• Keeping food lines stocked and clean throughout service.
