Lewiston-Altura ISD 857 is seeking a bilingual Student Success Liaison to enhance student and parent engagement within the district. This role involves supporting transitions for PK-12 students through effective communication with school staff and families.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma and be fluent in both English and Spanish. A commitment to student success and the ability to engage positively with students and parents are essential.
Student Success Liaison Lewiston – Altura Public Schools participates in the state‑funded Achievement and Integration program in partnership with Winona Area Public Schools. As part of this program, we are hiring a bilingual Student Success Liaison to support PK‑12 students and parents/guardians with their transition to and participation in our district. The priorities are to facilitate communications between students, school staff and parents/guardians to problem‑solve and reduce barriers, helping to ensure student success.
High School Diploma. Must be fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Spanish. Ability to work well with students, school staff and parents/guardians. Positive attitude, flexibility and commitment to every student’s success.
Individual will work with students and staff at Lewiston – Altura Elementary School and Lewiston – Altura High School, as well as with parents/guardians. Some travel to Winona is also required. Mileage reimbursement and/or use of a school vehicle will be provided.
