You will aid the Principal in maintaining a high-quality educational atmosphere by enforcing CSUSA policies and guiding students toward maximum potential.

The role involves planning instruction, delivering engaging lessons, assessing progress, and coordinating with counselors and staff to address disciplinary and academic needs.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication with parents and staff.
• Able to manage disciplinary issues and work with a team.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; teaching cert if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement instruction aligned with school goals and curriculum.
• Create purposeful lesson plans and maximize time on task.
• Present material with real-world examples to enhance learning.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses; generate progress reports.
• Refer students with learning problems to support staff as needed.
• Report investigations of student misconduct to appropriate personnel.
