A Catholic educational institution in Omaha seeks an administrator/counselor to support the Principal and teachers. This role requires a Master's Degree, ideally in Educational Leadership or Counseling, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree. Preferred Master’s in Educational Leadership or Counseling.
• Demonstrated philosophy that all students can and will learn.
• Professional verification of performing in related positions.

Responsabilités

• Supports school Principal and teachers in daily school activities.
• Be involved in and have final say in all Tier 1 – 3 Student Behavior Interventions.
• Collaborate with SFC Engagement Specialist and Principal to enforce Tier behavior consequences.
