Job summary

ThrivePoint Academy Nevada in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Student Success Coach to support students in grades 9-12 and their families. You will work closely with the Founding School Principal to establish the school’s footprint and serve the local community, focusing on students in the 81907 ZIP area.

You will monitor progress, provide 1:1 and small group support, and engage families weekly to promote student achievement and postsecondary readiness.

Qualifications

• Hold or can obtain a Nevada substitute/teaching license or higher.
• Possess Nevada Fingerprint Card.
• Experience in education, counseling, or student support services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student enrollment and growth efforts.
• Promote the school’s brand locally at community events.
• Assist in the facilitation of information sessions, enrollment events, student orientations, and other student-centric activities.
• Establish strong student relationships and be their primary contact at ThrivePoint Academy.
• Provide academic support in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Progress monitor student progress in online courses.
