Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Dean of Students to provide leadership in student discipline and academic support at the school site. You will coordinate behavioral and academic interventions, communicate with families, and participate in school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in education or related field, Teaching and Administrative Credentials, and a successful background clearance. The role requires collaboration across teams and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a education-related field or equivalent is preferred.
• Teaching and administrative credentials are required or preferred.
• Background clearance and safety compliance are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Attend after-school events to maintain administrative presence.
• Communicate with parents about academic/behavioral issues to solve problems.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instruction.
• Coordinate student discipline programs to support academics and behavior.
• Facilitate meetings on student behavior and academics with staff and families.
• Implement policies and procedures to meet mandated requirements.
• Intervene in student behavior to develop interpersonal skills.
• Participate in meetings/workshops to gather information for duties.
• Review at-risk students to provide needed support/interventions.
• Prepare data on student behavior and discipline for reporting.
• Present behavioral interventions to faculty and children’s outcomes.
• Represent the school in community forums to support goals.
• Support the principal with administrative tasks as needed.
