Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with school personnel and students in a diverse school community.
• Knowledge of and skills working with students from all backgrounds.
• Behavior support related training will be provided by the Academy.

Responsibilities

• Communicates accurately and timely with students and their families to sustain a strong school-family partnership.
• Links students and families to school and community resources for support.
• Evaluates student progress, including attendance, academic, and behavioral data.
• Coordinates with community partners to build resources and supports.
• Uses restorative justice processes to repair harm through inclusive stakeholder engagement.
• Makes home visits to obtain information about students and maintains accurate records in PowerSchool.
