SupportFinity™ in New York City seeks a Student Success Advisor responsible for managing student concerns and promoting engagement and holistic wellbeing. The advisor will guide students through their academic journey, facilitating their integration into the AMDA community.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This in-person position operates Monday to Friday with competitive pay.
AMDA College of the Performing Arts, with campuses in New York City and Hollywood, is one of the foremost post‑secondary performing arts colleges in the country. AMDA offers various pathways for students to receive unparalleled performing arts education taught by world‑class industry professionals, including Professional Conservatory Certificates as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Associate of Occupational Studies, Master of Fine Arts and Master of Arts).
In part, the Student Success Advisor is responsible for: managing general student concerns; promoting student engagement; holistic wellbeing; and academic, personal, and interpersonal success through individual coaching, small and large‑scale programming, and through other department/institutional initiatives.
