Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology License or Cosmetology Instructor License as required by state law.
• 1–2 years of salon experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer services and a clerical work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the school's Student Salon and Reception area.
• Maintain a salon-like atmosphere in the school with high professionalism.
• Adhere to State Board Protocols and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Route inquiries to appropriate personnel and input data into the company database.
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system.
