Job summary

The SDSU Research Foundation is seeking a Student Research Assistant to support ICCRN activities under the direction of the Research Manager. The role focuses on editing, refining, adapting, and proofreading a range of policies and procedures documents, tracking mechanisms, reports and other research administration tasks to support ICCRN management.

Qualifications

• Completion of sufficient lower division coursework.
• Equivalent of one year related experience in lieu of coursework.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the writing, editing, proofreading, maintenance, and adaptation of a range of research-related documents, such as research protocols and procedures manuals, how-to guides, tracking spreadsheets, administrative forms and reports to support the development and management of generalizable ICCRN research resources and templates
• Adapting documents and written content to develop standardized health-related research resources
• Assisting with creating forms or simple surveys as needed to gather the required information for report and documentation preparation
• Assisting in creating and maintaining tracking system for ICCRN progress
• Contributing to preparation and submission of annual NIH progress reports and other compliance documentation, including IRB applications
• Participating in various ICCRN meetings as requested
• Supporting activities to evaluate ICCRN progress and activities
• Assisting with ICCRN data management and data quality control activities
• Assist with preparing research data and supporting documentation for submission to approved data repositories.
