Job summary

King’s Daughters Medical Center is seeking a Student Radiology Tech to assist the radiology team with safe, high-quality imaging while gaining clinical experience.

Under supervision, you will perform basic radiographic procedures, prepare patients, and help maintain equipment and workflow in Brookhaven, MS. Must be enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technology program with at least one year of clinical training and hold CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technology program with completion of at least one year of clinical training required.
• Basic knowledge of operating various types of x-ray equipment preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiology team in providing safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
• Perform basic radiographic procedures under supervision.
• Prepare patients for exams and ensure proper positioning.
• Maintain equipment and imaging areas and support department workflow.
