Job summary

The position emphasizes mentoring, program delivery, and collaboration with interns and staff to promote student excellence through events and written materials on campus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the basic principles of individual and group behavior.
• Knowledge of research and observation techniques for recording and interpreting factual information.
• Knowledge of the techniques and methods of interviewing.
• Ability to gather and analyze data; reason logically, draw valid conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to participate in and contribute to group meetings, conferences and interviews.
• Ability to clearly express ideas and recommendations orally, to write clear and concise reports, and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff and faculty.

• Mentor and advise students and supervise interns and student staff.
