Job summary

Hope Community Church in Brownsburg, Indiana, seeks a dedicated youth leader for 7th–12th graders. The role focuses on guiding students in their faith, planning youth activities, and mentoring volunteers and families.

A teaching component runs alongside weekly life group sessions rooted in Scripture. Ideal candidates will build relationships with teens, provide encouragement and counseling, and help organize summer camps and mission opportunities.

Qualifications

• A spiritually mature youth leader to help our students (7th-12th grades) develop and build a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ.
• An inspiring teacher to prepare and teach weekly life group and youth group lessons rooted in God’s Word.
• A creative leader and organizer to plan and execute fun youth events and participate in summer camp and mission opportunities.
• A team builder to mentor and empower dedicated volunteers and partner with families for teen growth.
• A relational mentor to engage with teens with prayer, counseling and encouragement.
