Next Wave Staffing seeks a Student Pastor/Director to disciple students into a growing relationship with Jesus, integrate them into the life of the church, and develop future leaders who will pursue one more person finding their way into God's Kingdom.

You will lead weekly student gatherings, build volunteer teams, partner with parents as primary disciplers, and create pathways into serving, leadership, mission, and baptism, ensuring alignment with the church's mission.

• Student attendance and engagement remain healthy and trend upward where possible.
• A strong percentage of students are in relational discipleship environments.
• Students increasingly serve in the church and take ownership.
• A pipeline of student leaders and adult volunteers is being developed.
