SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital-Oklahoma City is seeking a Student Nurse Tech (SNT) for PRN day or night shifts, offering 12-hour shifts at $20.00 per hour. The role supports Registered Nurses with patient care and data collection in a rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in an accredited nursing program, with completion of the first year/fundamentals, and possesses basic nursing knowledge and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program and proof of first-year nursing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of basic nursing techniques and aseptic practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with patient data collection and documentation.
• Take vital signs, measurements, and intake/output.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and mobility.
• Support in wound care, dressing changes, and basic exams.
• Transport patients and maintain room cleanliness.
• Provide care to patients aged 13 and up.
