Job summary

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision. The role also serves as a receptionist/secretary, supporting clerical activities on a designated nursing unit.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, BLS within 90 days, and strong communication and computer skills. Experience as Nursing Assistant or 6 months training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Nursing Assistant and/or 6 months experience or training required.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire; NAHUC certification encouraged.
