Qualifications

• Nursing student enrolled in a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
• Completion of a nursing health assessment course or nursing clinical
• Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Successful completion of a one-day student nurse training course after hire

Responsibilities

• Be an integral member of the care team on a patient care unit
• Support achievement of patient care outcomes and involvement in patient plans of care
• Collaborate with RN-PCC, PCA, PSA and UCA to deliver patient-focused care
• Participate in efforts to reduce hospitalization length and costs
