Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's St. Luke's Health-Brazosport Hospital in Lake Jackson, TX, is seeking a Student Nurse to provide supervised patient care across medical/surgical units. You will document vitals, assist with personal care, and support safety and quality improvement initiatives under RN supervision.

• High School diploma or GED required at hire.
• Enrolled in nursing school with at least one clinical rotation required at hire.

• Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Student Nurse, you will provide vital, supervised patient care and support across diverse medical/surgical populations, leveraging your nursing education within a clinical setting. Every day you will deliver direct patient care, including personal hygiene and comfort, meticulously monitoring and documenting clinical activities, and ensuring a safe, organized environment through supply management and strict adherence to safety protocols. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate compassion, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safe, compliant care while actively participating in quality improvement and accurately implementing delegated patient tasks.

Pay Range

$17.50 - $17.50 /hour
