Job summary

PIH Health Hospital Downey is seeking a nursing assistant to support patient care under licensed supervision. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment and assist in delivering care aligned with relationship-based care principles.

The role requires completion of initial nursing coursework, continuing education, basic computer skills, and a current BLS certification to support daily clinical operations during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of first semester (fundamentals of nursing) in accredited nursing education program.
• Evidence of continuing education where required.
• Basic windows and mouse skills.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
