Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a motivated Student Nurse Aide to support long-term care residents with personal care, mobility assistance, and everyday duties. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and professional conduct in a fast-paced setting.

You will work under supervision to assist with activities of daily living, maintain room readiness, and help the nursing team while adhering to safety policies and patient rights. Training opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Needs written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent self-discipline, patience, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.
• Respects and adheres to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents under supervision (grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing).
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff with non-nursing tasks (making beds, passing water, answering call lights, organizing supplies).
• Assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation.
• Identify and report conditions needing management attention.

In this role, you will:
