Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on help to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with personal care, transfers, and daily tasks under supervision, while learning best practices in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks and organizing supplies.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report conditions requiring management attention.

Your Impact as a Student Nurse Aide

In This Role, You Will

• Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training.
• Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.
