Our Summer Staff comprises college-age adults committed to serving God by ministering to Westminster Presbyterian Church’s youth and families. Prayerfully consider joining us this Summer for a joyful, Christ-centered opportunity to minister to middle and high school aged students at WPC. We love the work we do, and we long to live out the Gospel before our students as a team of staff, students, and volunteers. We acknowledge this position is, by nature, a service-oriented position, but we seek to ensure it is also a fair position. We wish to work together to present the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to our students in word, action, and prayer. Therefore, we do ministry together in a sustainable, Christ-centered, gracious, and winsome fashion. We commit to train, support, and equip our Summer Staff with tools for ministry and to ensure staff members do not exhaust themselves over the course of the Summer. We also expect our summer staff to take this job seriously.
Summer Staff is a full-time commitment starting Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, and ending Thursday, July 30th, 2026. You will receive a stipend for the summer and housing if you are not from Rock Hill. We base decisions upon this completed application (including two references) and an interview with the Youth Staff. We reserve the right to terminate your position at any time for unbiblical conduct, safety concerns, or anything detrimental to the body of Christ.
We hire college-aged individuals who demonstrate a lifestyle committed to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to develop and nurture our vision, “helping people find hope, freedom and purpose in Jesus,” in the lives of our students and their families.
We will contact you upon receipt of a fully completed application to set up an interview with the youth staff.
