Job summary

Eagan Hills Church in Minnesota seeks a Pastor of Student Ministries to lead grades 6-12, recruit and train volunteer teams, and shepherd families. The role provides vision, oversight, and programming for youth gatherings, retreats, and ongoing ministry.

You will cast vision for a welcoming, safe, Christ-centered environment where students hear the Gospel, grow in faith, and become lifelong disciples of Jesus. A bachelor’s degree and CMA-alignment preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian testimony and vibrant personal faith.
• Proven experience in Student Ministries or related leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams.
• Ability to teach Biblical truth and engage students.
• Self-starter with solid organizational and communication skills.
• Spirit of perseverance, creativity, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all Student Ministry programs (6-12).
• Design activities that foster a fun, safe, welcoming environment.
• Prepare curriculum and a scope to develop mature student disciples.
• Lead scheduled meetings with devotions, worship, and outreach.
• Encourage youth service and mission opportunities.
• Preach and teach as assigned in Sunday rotations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteer leaders.
• Maintain records and oversee budget for Student Ministry.
