Job summary

Green Hill Church in Mt Juliet, TN is seeking a full-time Student Minister to lead the middle and high school ministry of over 65 students. The ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus, strong teaching skills, and a passion for youth discipleship.

You will be responsible for teaching Scripture, building relationships with students and their families, and organizing events and retreats. A theological education and experience in youth ministry are preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation.

A Brief Overview

Green Hill Church is seeking a Student Minister (Full Time – Exempt) to lead our middle school and high school ministry (65+ students) in alignment with our mission to lead every generation to discover the hope, life, and purpose found in Jesus alone.

The Student Minister will disciple students, equip volunteer leaders, and partner with parents to help students encounter God, follow Jesus, grow together, and live sent.

As we seek our next Student Minister, we are praying for a shepherd‑leader who loves Jesus deeply, treasures God’s Word, and has a passion for investing in the next generation—helping students not only understand the gospel but also live it out in community and on mission.
