Job summary

Belmont University is seeking student employees to support marketing and recruitment efforts for the MSAP site, including content development, outreach, and event staffing.

This position is open to Federal Work-Study students. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), comfortable with social media management, and familiar with Canva or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign. Hours are 8:00–3:00, Monday–Thursday, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a Belmont University student.
• FWS eligibility required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel requested.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist MSAP Site Coordinator with marketing and recruitment initiatives.
• Support community outreach and copy/content development.
• Maintain and update databases for campaigns.
• Assist with direct marketing, social media advertising, and events.
• Support internal and external communications and other marketing tasks.
