Job summary

Teen Challenge PacWest is seeking a Student Life Coordinator for the Hawaii Women's Campus. This role oversees front-line care of the student body throughout the 12-month program and interfaces with prospective students and families to facilitate admission.

The coordinator will manage off-campus appointment scheduling, SNAP enrollment, and insurance processes, while serving as a liaison to the intake department and performing related duties to support residents and campus operations.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate program activities and intake events.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to students and oversee daily living activities.
• Manage intake, admissions liaison, and coordination with Shared Services.
• Schedule off-campus appointments and oversee SNAP program and insurance enrollment.
• Maintain personal property inventories and assist with general campus duties.

Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest is a vibrant, thriving organization with opportunities for personal growth and advancement. Position Open for Student Life Coordinator at Hawaii Women's Campus. Role assumes responsibility for front line care of our student body from intake throughout our 12 month program. Student Life Coordinator will interface with prospective students and families to facilitate admission, and serve as liaison to Shared Services intake department. Role also assumes responsibility for off campus appointment scheduling, SNAP program and insurance enrollment, as well as personal property inventories. Direct Care to student body and other general duties are required.
