Job summary

DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, WA is seeking a Student IT Helpdesk (FWS only) for 20 hours per week during August 31, 2026 to May 7, 2027. You will support lab/classroom workstations, assist in ticket resolution, and help set up computer equipment under supervision. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Applicants must be a currently matriculated DigiPen student eligible for Federal Work Study with an accepted award. Remote work outside Washington is not permitted.

Qualifications

• Current DigiPen Institute of Technology student
• Eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS) with an accepted award
• Resident Advisors may not hold an FWS position simultaneously
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows 11 support

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Services Administrators to maintain operational stability of the client infrastructure.
• Support workstations in labs and classrooms.
• Assist in Help Desk ticket resolution.
• Set up and repair computer equipment and related devices.
• Respond to phone and email requests for help.
• Evenings and weekends may be required.
