Job summary

TC Energy is hiring Engineering Interns in Houston, TX to support multiple engineering disciplines and business areas beginning in May 2027. The role targets students enrolled in accredited engineering programs across chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, software, energy engineering, or related fields.

You will gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned professionals, applying academic knowledge to real-world projects, and helping support safe, reliable energy delivery across North America.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering degree program.
  • Completion of at least one academic term prior to the start of the work term in May 2027.
  • Returning to full-time studies immediately following the work term.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the work term.
  • Demonstrate a safety mindset in professional and personal settings.
  • Exhibit TC Energy values in work activities and initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills for collaborative work.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze information and handle ambiguity.

The Opportunity

TC Energy is hiring Engineering Interns in Houston, TX to support a variety of engineering disciplines and business areas beginning in May 2027.

We are seeking students currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program, including Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software/Computer Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications
