Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Property Manager in Eugene to oversee leasing, operations, and staff. You will supervise administrative and maintenance teams, coordinate budgets, and ensure rent collection and occupancy targets are met.

The role requires multi-family property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with industry software. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and a standard M-F schedule in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and maintenance staff with clear instruction and coaching.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Review rental rates, maintain occupancy goals, and manage renewals.
• Oversee payroll submissions and commissions with Portfolio Manager.
• Advertise property and provide resident tours.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord/tenant statutes.
