Granite Management, LLC in West Lafayette is seeking an entry-level Marketing Liaison to support day-to-day marketing efforts and bring the Granite brand to life online and in person. This full-time role involves social media content, live events, and collaboration with Leasing and Marketing teams to promote properties and drive leasing traffic.

Some Saturdays may be required. The position is ideal for someone interested in social media, content creation, planning events, and student housing

Formación

• Interest in marketing, communications, social media, or event planning.
• Strong communication and a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Comfort interacting with prospects and residents.
• Organized, dependable, eager to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) preferred.
• Graphic design or Canva experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating and posting content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Capture photos and short videos of properties, amenities and events.
• Help maintain the brand voice and visual style across all marketing materials.
• Support email, flyer, and digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Network with various organizations.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing events, open houses, and resident activities.
• Staff tabling events, tours, and promotions to increase awareness of properties.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to support leasing initiatives and promotions.
