• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts to maximize learning and earning potential.

• Passion for learning hair cutting, fades, and color from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience at the front desk and salon operations.
• Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Assist licensed professionals during consultations and services.
• Observe and learn by watching and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Help build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service delivery.
