Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Florida is excited to offer the FuturePRO Student to Work program for beauty school students. You will start earning while you learn, building foundational skills in cutting, coloring, and client service under experienced stylists.

As you progress, you will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and a path to professional growth with an eight-level career ladder and commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience by assisting in the salon flow and reception tasks.
• Develop your craft through a structured training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build a clientele through product knowledge and service training.

In The Salon, You Will

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:
