Hair Cuttery offers the FuturePRO Student to Work program for hairstylist or barber students. You start as a student and receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced training to prepare for a thriving career behind the chair.

You will learn in a supportive salon environment, with on-the-job guidance from seasoned cosmetologists and opportunities to earn as you grow your skill set.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsabilités

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support actions affecting guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: pair with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge, consultations, and building a clientele.
