As you progress, you will work behind the chair, develop your craft with a licensed pro, and climb our Career Ladder with performance-based pay and generous commissions.

In The Salon, You Will

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.

• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
