• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.

• Professional Partnership: partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon pros and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: training on product knowledge, consultations, and how to build a strong clientele.
