Job summary

Hair Cuttery’s FuturePRO program invites beauty school students to train hands-on in our salons, earning as they learn and progressing toward licensure. You’ll receive mentorship, new-hire orientation, advanced technique training, and real on-the-ground experience with guests.

As you grow, you can move up our career ladder with increased earnings, commissions, and benefits designed to support your development into a licensed hairstylist capable of building a strong client base.

In the Salon, You Will:

As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
