Job summary

Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation.

You will help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources, working alongside teachers and staff to nurture a diverse culture and lasting student impact.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring youth or delivering developmental programs.
