Responsibilities

• Provide active supervision of students during lunch and recess.
• Build positive relationships with students through respectful interactions.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all students belong.
• Reinforce school expectations and protocols consistently while encouraging positive student behavior.
• Help students resolve minor conflicts using calm, respectful, and restorative approaches.
• Maintain awareness of student safety and respond appropriately to accidents, injuries, or emergencies.
• Communicate concerns regarding student behavior, safety, or well-being to administrators or appropriate staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
