• Professional instructor certification or prior training required.
• Excellent oral and written communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead exercise classes and instructional sessions.
• Maintain familiarity with evacuation plans and safety procedures.
• Attend mandatory meetings, workshops, and trainings.
• Provide quality customer service for staff and members.
• Maintain a clean and inviting instructional area.
• Supervise class participants.
